Health & Wellness

At Ekhiam Ventures, we believe the health aspect of environmental, health and safety not only includes the typical occupational health elements, but also the broader aspect of healthy employees. A variety of wellness programs are offered to employees encouraging them to take an active role in their personal health. Our three main areas of focus are prevention, nutrition, and physical activity.

Health Fairs and Wellness Events – Ekhiam Offices around the world hold numerous health fairs to inform and educate employees about cancer, diabetes, vaccinations, weight loss and smoking cessation, etc. We support employee efforts to maintain good health by offering programs that encourage healthy living.

Safety

Safety is a top priority and value at EVL, and we believe it is every employee’s responsibility to ensure their own safety as well as the safety of others. we have made good progress toward our safety goals, including the reduction of total recordable incidents by nearly and lost time injuries. This reduction translates into fewer injuries and fewer days lost.
